Lunch in our Alpine Chalet in Megève

Enjoy a unique experience, reserved only for our hotel guests: lunch on Saturday noon during the autumn weekends until the end of the All Saints' Day vacation in our Alpine Chalet, located in the heart of the mountains. We invite you around our guest table to taste local specialties in Alpage! For walkers, a departure from the hotel is organized at 10:15am for an easy 1-hour walk on the ridges facing Mont Blanc.

Fall Cuisine at the Traditional Restaurant

In autumn, simmered dishes are available with a lot of mushrooms and pumpkin! Find our seasonal specialties such as:

Beaufort d'Alpage with ravioli, wild mushrooms and organic cereal muesli, Sérac onion emulsion or even veal chop, cooked in a sautoir.

Are you a fan of cheese specialties? Find Maître Boujon's fondue and Pela des Aravis. Are you more into hunting? Taste our hunting partridge, roasted in vine leaves, hazelnut salsify and Altesse grape juice or until October our roasted deer back and Savoy apples. And don't miss our Black Angus steak cooked on a spit in the fireplace at Fermes de Marie every Saturday!
