Payment: Bookings are only considered firm when accompanied by a deposit, deductible at the end of the agreed stay, worth 25% of the total amount of the stay. The balance of the stay is payable no later than 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation: Any payment will be retained in the event of a cancellation.

Shortened stay: In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the initial amount of the stay will be charged in full, no refund will be made.

Arrival : We will do our best to get your cottage ready as soon as possible. However, it should be expected that this will only be possible from 5 p.m. Please let us know in case of late arrival.

Departure: The cottage must be vacated no later than 10:00. A penalty in the amount of one night will be applied for any departure beyond this time. Please note that our cottages are non-smoking. In case of non-compliance, you will be charged the repair costs.

* For the payment of the deposit (50% or 100%, depending on the rate chosen) and in case of payment by bank card, it will be debited at the time of purchase, i.e. at the time of confirmation, via a secure payment link.
